Hello ! I am extremely excited to start this journey with the Scarborough Family. This is my first year with Mobile County Public School System, however not with counseling. I receive two Masters of Science in General Psychology and Masters in Addiction Counseling . I have specialized in adolescent therapy for over 10 years. I look forwards to helping you and your family make these next few years a success.
I enjoy the outdoors, playing and coaching (basketball, baseball, softball, and volleyball), reading, painting and volunteering. Again, I am here to be your advocate and supporter.

As the school counselors of SMMS, the heart of what we do is provide services to our students regarding their holistic development. During the year, students will engage in lessons covering various topics such as bullying, self-esteem, drug education, study skills, peer relationships, career exploration, etc. In addition to classroom guidance lessons, students may participate in small groups and individual counseling.
As school counselors, our goal is to help create a climate and culture that fosters acceptance, respect and accountability for all students. Many collaborative relationships will be created with community agencies such as Penelope House, Crittenton Youth Services, USA Talent Search, Big Brothers Big Sisters, 100 Black Men of Greater Mobile and Lifelines Counseling Services.
